Developer Note & Disclaimer: This document represents the official legal policy of Borluit.tech. It contains required disclosures under Google Play Developer policies, including COPPA, GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy standards. Welcome to Borluit.tech. By accessing our developer website or downloading any of our mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope & License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile applications on your personal Android device. This usage must comply strictly with these Terms and the official policies of the Google Play Store.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, visual systems, keyboard input designs (Barna Keyboard), proprietary bilingual dictionary wordbanks (Sabdakosh), and custom educational study logs are the exclusive intellectual property of Borluit.tech.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our mobile applications unless local laws prohibit those restrictions.

3. User Accounts

Specific applications (e.g. Assam GK) may require you to register an account using an email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity associated with your profile. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent actions, script quizzes automatically, or post inappropriate leaderboard names.

4. Limitation of Liability

OUR APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that our dictionary definitions, translation engines, or exam preparation guides are completely free of errors. Under no circumstances shall Borluit.tech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our applications (including, but not limited to, exam outcomes like APSC or TET scores).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our mobile applications at any time, with or without notice. You can terminate these terms by deleting all our applications from your mobile device.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
